First thing that you can do is replacing the cartridge with genuine HP ink cartridges, and you can try to resetting the printer by following steps:
- Remove all the ink cartridges from the printer, black ink cartridge and color ink cartridge.
- Unplug the power cord from back off the printer and wait for 1 minute.
- Plug in the power cord to printer.
- If printer does not power on, press the ON button to do so.
- Wait untill printer is silent then install all cartridge at a time.
- Close the cartridge access door and check if "Printhead problem/error" is displayed.
- If the erorr shows up after installing a cartridge, then try replacing that cartridge.
