  1. Reinstall printhead from the printer.
    • Open the top cover of the printer then wait for the cartridge cradle to stop moving.
    • Then remove the ink cartridges from your printer.
    • Lifting the locking lever on the cartridge cradle. 
    • Then softly remove the printhead from the printer (for 4 or more cartridge only).
